ECOCE is a family owned Spanish food company established in 1997 in Northern Spain. It produces raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar made from organically grown apples which has the ‘mother’ included. The ‘mother’ is the culture of beneficial bacteria that ferments apple cider into vinegar – it’s what makes apple cider vinegar slightly cloudy. The ECOCE vinegar is processed and bottled in accordance with EU & USDA Organic guidelines, and is certified organic.
