The Fruit Cellar is a range of non organic, but neverthelss sulphur and preservative free dried fruit produced by the owners of Tierhoek Organics so that they could include a range of fruits which could not therwise be sourced from Certified Organic farms. Owners Bruce and Alison Gilson work closely with local Western Cape farmers who are globalgap and export certified. This means that they farm with a minimum of sprays, in some cases no chemicals at all, as well as adhering to strict environmental and labour regulations.

The experience of the Tierhoek drying technique and production team carry over to The Fruit Cellar range giving people a healthier choice in the conventional dried fruit market.
