Description
Buckwheat is a Non-GMO and naturally gluten-free ancient grain. Despite its name, it is not related to wheat, but rather a group of foods known as pseudocereals.
It offers a plant-based protein making it suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Buckwheat can be eaten raw or cooked and enjoyed as an ideal substitute for pasta, rice or ordinary cereals.
