Collections
We now offer a collection service from our warehouse.
In order to facilitate this, please let your Sales Rep or Customer service agent know that you would prefer to arrange your own ccollections from our warehouse.
Kindly allow 48 hours from when you have placed you order or emailed through proof of payment, to arrange collection.
Our friendly dispatch supervisor Lunga will notify you when your parcel is ready for collection and send through weight and dimensions of your order, after which you can make a booking with your preferred courier partner.
Please see the information below for your Courier partner to complete the collection.

**** Outlying: For orders that need to be shipped to Areas 1/2/3/4, we will send a courier estimate once the order is packed and weighed. You may then send the weight and dimensions to your preferred courier and collect your order when necessary. For pre-paid orders where we will send our courier to deliver, an additional payment will need to be made for the courier fee.
Minimum order value for Free Delivery:
Cape Town, Somerset West, Paarl, Stellenbosch- Minimum order value for free delivery R2500.00 excl VAT
Johannesburg, Midrand, Pretoria, Durban, George, East London, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Mbombela, Kimberley – Minimum order value for free delivery R3500.00 excl VAT
Regrettably, there is no minimum order value for free delivery, for outlying areas. (Areas 1/2/3/4)
Save on courier fees with ButtaNutt
In our continued effort to save you money on transport fees, we now offer ButtaNutt milks by the pallet, straight from our courier partners hubs.
- Minimum order is 6 x Cases of 6 ButtaNutt Milks
- Order must be placed as a separate order to your regular stock order from NEO Trading.
- Courier fee for the Pallet will be quoted based on the final destination from our Courier partners National City Hub, which is closest to you.
- You have the option to collect the pallet from the couriers hub, should you wish to use your preferred courier partner.
